Purchased for my husband when he started a new job. He loves this bag. He can be a bit hard on it since he spends a lot of time traveling and in manufacturing facilities. This bag stands up to all of that and still looks nice and professional. His looks a bit weathered right now but that's from all the time on the road. They send you this conditioning wax to take care of it. Also, a note of praise for the company itself, the customer service is outstanding. I think there was some issue where the wax was on backorder or something and they have followed up from day one to make sure we knew that they would not forget and to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. We received the missing item a few days ago. They stand by what they say. Will absolutely purchase from them in the future.
I ordered this computer bag on prime day and got it today. I got this to replace one that is 5 years old and showing its age. Seriously, this is one of the highest quality, best looking, and wonderful smelling item I have ever owned.
First of all, it is beautiful. The leather smells wonderful and the materials are the highest grade I have seen. This is top grain leather and my old one was not, and you can feel the difference. The buckles are solid and beautiful. The strap is like a thick belt. There is ample room for my computer, writing tablets, pens, and plug ins. The zippers are the best I have ever seen on a beach l backpack or computer case. Even the color, a rich chocolate brown looks expensive.
I treated this with leather balsam and it is in the process of doing right now. I'm like a kid at Christmas looking at it a few times already.
And the packaging is absolutely beautiful. This looks and feels expensive and you would have their version of a Tiffany box giving this a a gift. Anyone would love this, either as a gift to themselves or someone else.

Wasn't sure this laptop was going to fit... but the XPS 17 is a lot smaller than typical 17" laptops. It fits fine but couldn't be ANY bigger than it is. I was looking for a bag big enough for this laptop but not any bigger than it had to be. For me this is a perfect bag for the XPS 17.

I was looking for something that can last a long time to replace my backpack which always gives me a sweaty back. After reading some good reviews, I zeroed in on this one. Once it arrived, I was very impressed by how well-made and good looking, precisely the sophisticated but not gaudy appearance that I was going for. I had been afraid that my laptop (16 in 2021 Macbook Pro) wouldn't fit in, because the product description says a 15.6 in laptop can fit in it. The manufacturer assured me it wouldn't be a problem. I was of course very pleased that my computer fitted into the laptop slot like a glove. I think a smaller laptop may bounce around in there, a problem I had with my backpack. Anyway, I'm very happy with this purchase and I think this bag will serve me very well for a long long while.
PS. One of the clasps holding the shoulder strap to the briefcase broke after 8 months. I emailed Luxorro on a Tuesday and they immediately sent me a replacement strap which I received it on the following Friday. I was impressed with how prompt it was, as I live in Australia and Luxorro is based in the US. Anyway, so their post-sale service isn't bad either.

I purchased this bag the end of April to use for work. The inside lining is already ripping out. I only use this bag for my laptop and it is not put through rigorous conditions.
I ordered this for my husband as a gift. The shipping took longer than expected but they emailed me to let me know what the issue was and they offered a $10 refund for the wait. I honestly can’t say enough about this bag. It is truly amazing. The unboxing experience itself was wonderful. It made me feel as if I had spent much more than I had, for a very high quality item. After opening, I was very quickly met with the intoxicating smell of high quality leather. The color and feel of the bag at first opening was enough to make me ooh and ahh. I was able to fit all of my items from my old worn out bag into the new with zero problems, and surprisingly found it to hold more room than I thought after adding a couple new items and testing a larger book. I love it's rigidity! My previous bag lacked that and though it held a lot, when emptied down to some minimal pieces it lost it's shape and looked very unkept. Not this bag! This bag is made of great leather and the other materials are of good quality. I’ve been using it for about three weeks and I beat things up so . . . So far so good!
