Return & Refund Policy

At Luxorro, we stand behind the quality of our leather goods. We want you to love your new bag. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If 60 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in new condition.
  • In the original packaging (dust bag, box, etc.).
  • With all tags and labels attached.

Please note that Personalized/Monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Free US Returns

We offer Free Returns for all customers within the United States. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to our USA facility.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@luxorro.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Get Your Label: Our team will review your request and send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
  3. Ship It: Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the carrier location specified on the label.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our UK office without first contacting us to get the correct USA warehouse address label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approval: If the item is in new condition, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Payment: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the item price.

Hassle-Free Exchanges

Need a different color or style? We make exchanges easy.
If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at support@luxorro.com. We will help you process the return of your original item and get your new order on its way to you.

  • We cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
  • There is no limit on exchanges, provided the items are returned in new condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@luxorro.com with photos of the issue. We will send you a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
