At Luxorro, we strive to deliver your leather goods as quickly and securely as possible. We ship primarily from our fulfillment centers in the United States, with select inventory shipping from our United Kingdom facility depending on stock availability and your delivery location.
Order Processing & Handling Time
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
- Handling Time: Please allow 0-1 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders above $100. For faster delivery, we offer expedited options calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 Business Days (FREE For Orders above $100)
- Expedited: 2 - 3 Business Days (Calculated at Checkout)
- Priority / Next Day: 1 Business Day (Calculated at Checkout)

🇬🇧 🌍 International Shipping (UK & Worldwide)
We ship globally to the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the speed selected.
We offer 3 International Shipping Options at checkout (Standard, Express, and Priority) so you can choose the balance of speed and cost that works for you.
Duties & Taxes (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)
We want your experience to be seamless. Luxorro covers all import duties and taxes.
- No Surprise Fees: The price you pay at checkout is final. You will not be charged any additional VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery.
- We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning we handle the customs paperwork and payments for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Delayed or Lost Packages
- Delays: While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high volume, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and around your property. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders very quickly (often immediately after the 2:00 PM EST cut-off), so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
